SERVICES, INFORMATION A-Z

AIR CONDITIONING
All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning that can be adjusted invidually. The equipment stops working if the window is open.

BABY COT
Please contact the Reception.

BABY EQUIPMENT
Basic baby equipment is available on request (bath, diaper changer, high baby chair, potty)

BATHROBE
The use of bathrobe is free of charge. If you want to exchange it due to a size problem, please contact the reception.

BED LINEN
Bed linen is changed every three days, daily change is also possible on request.
Let the reception know if you want a daily exchange.

BICYCLE
For bicycle rental information please contact the Reception.

BLANKET
An extra blanket is available on request. Ask the reception for help!

BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM
To order breakfast, please hand in the completed order form to the reception the night before. Room service breakfast costs HUF 1.500/person/occasion.

CAR RENTAL
For car rental information please contact the Reception.

CHAIR IN THE BATHROOM
If you need a bathroom chair, please ask at the reception.

CHARGING STATION
Various phone chargers and charging stations are available at reception.

CHANGE OF TOWELS AND BEDDING
Towels and bed linen are changed every three days. If you request a daily change, please let the reception know.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Please leave the room by 10 am on the day of departure. If you want to stay longer, please contact the reception. Please hand in your room key at the reception at the end of your hotel stay, before leaving, otherwise HUF 5.000 per room key will be billed.

CLEANING
Daily cleaning is from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. If you do not wish to be disturbed at the given time but necessary to clean at another time or do not wish any cleaning at all, please let us know by hanging the sign designated for this purpose on the door. In case you require any extra cleaning, do not hesitate to contact the Reception. Bed linen change or extra cleaning costs 5.000 HUF / occasion.

COSMETIC PRODUCTS
Shower cap, nail file, ear cleaning stick, cotton pad, body lotion, sanitary bag can be requested through the reception for extra fee.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB and SZÉP Card.

DAMAGES
In case of intentional damages extra fee will be charged.

ELECTRIC CURRENT
The electric current is 220 V/50 Hz. Adapters are provided at reception for our guests.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Our environment-friendly hotel supports several environmental initiatives. We are paying great attention also to the reduction of chemicals used, water consumption and apply selective waste collection. We kindly ask you to support our efforts. Let us save our environment together!

ENTERTAINMENT
Club Ambrozia is a music cocktail terrace, a music and dance club.
Opening hours: from May to September : 18.00-24.00.

ESCAPE ROUTE
It is shown on the emergency escape map in the room.

PHOTOCOPYING
Photocopying and printing services are available at the hotel reception for an extra charge.

FIRE
Every floor in the hotel is furnished with fire alarm equipment and fire extinguisher; there is also a smoke detector in every room. In case of fire the guests are alarmed by siren sound and are requested to leave the hotel as soon as possible through the nearest emergency exit by following the escape route shown on the emergency escape map on the back of the room door.

FREETIME ACTIVITIES
At the reception of our hotel, you can choose from various information programs, and our reception colleagues are also happy to help you.

FRIDGE
Available in all rooms of our hotel.

HAIRDRYER
Hairdryer is available in every room.

IRONING
We cannot provide an iron and ironing board due to fire protection reasons, we offer our ironing service instead. The service is available every day between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., ask the reception colleagues for more information.

INTERNET
There is free WiFi connection available in the whole area of the hotel. For use registration is necessary.

LAUNDRY, DRY CLEANING
Laundry service is available every day from 6 am to 6 pm, please ask reception for more information.
Dry cleaning is available within 36 hours. Please contact reception for more information.

LOST AND FOUND
Any items lost or left inside the hotel will be kept for six month, except for food and liquids. For information about lost items, please contact the Reception.

LUGGAGE STORAGE AND DELIVERY
Please contact the Reception. We are not responsible for any items placed in the parcels.

MAINTENANCE
Our hotel fixes any maintenance problem 24 hours a day. If you notice any errors, please notify the front desk, do not attempt to troubleshoot.

MASSAGE
Our wellness treatments offer a special experience for your physical and mental relaxation. Appointments can be made at the reception.

MEDICAL CARE / PHARMACY
To contact the pharmacy and doctor on duty, ask the reception for help.

NETWORK ADAPTER
An adapter for international use is available at reception.

PARKING FACILITIES
The parking lot is guarded and monitored, but we do not take any responsibility for any loss or damages in your vehicle.

PAYMENT
You can pay in our hotel with cash, bank card, SZÉP card. In the restaurant and wellness center, you can also request your consumption to be billed to your room.

PETS
According to our policy, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

PILLOW
If you need an extra pillow please ask from the reception.

Our Reception is open 0-24 hours. Our colleagues are at your disposal in person or by phone. The phone number of the reception: +36 52 270 264.

Informations and program recommendations about the region surrounding our hotel can be found in the lobby of our hotel, next to the reception.

RESTAURANT
Nr.8 Restaurant: (Opening hours: 8 a.m. - 24 p.m.)
The Restaurant is awaiting our guests with specialities of Hungarian and international cuisine, with á la carte and daily menu.
Breakfeast 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Lunch 12:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dinner 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Room service from the Restaurant costs 1.500 HUF extra charge.

ROOM SERVICE
You can order from 8:00 a.m. to 24:00 p.m. from the drink amd food menu of our restaurant, which you will find at the end of the information sheet. The cost of ordering room service is HUF 1500 / occasion.

SAFE
To protect your valuables, please use the safe int he room, which’s user manual can be found int he room.

SAUNA
Our hotel has an in-house Finnish sauna. The service is available during wellness opening hours. 

SEWING KIT AND SEWING SERVICE
A sewing kit can be requested at the reception, the sewing service is available from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

SHOE CLEANING
There is a shoe cleaning machine in the lobby of our hotel next to the main entrance, and a shoe cleaning kit is available at the reception.

SLIPPERS
Slippers are available for extra fee at the Reception.

SMOKING
All of our rooms and the entire hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. In case of smoking in the room 15.000 HUF will be charged as an extra cleaning fee.

SOUVENIR, GIFT
For gift shopping, we recommend the souvenir at the hotel reception. We would like to draw your attention the products of our group's winery – ANGYAL WINERY – which you can buy at a discounted price.

TAXI AND TRANSFER
Taxi can be ordered at the Reception.

TECHNICAL SERVICES
If you notice a technical problem in your room, please inform the hotel reception. If you need computer assistance, please call the reception desk and our staff will be happy to help you.

TELEVISION
You will find the list of available channels next to the television.

TRANSFER
Transfers are available on request.  Ask the reception for assistance.

UMBRELLA
We provide umbrellas on request at the hotel reception.

VISITORS
Visitors should be reported at the Reception. After 10:00 p.m. only hotel guests can stay in the rooms.

WAKE UP SYSTEM
You can ask for wake-up call at the Reception.

WELLNESS
The hotel’s wellness area for our guests can be used for free of charge.
The Ambrózia wellness is open every day from 10:00 to 18:00.

WI-FI
We provide free Wi-Fi service in the hotel area. (Information about the password and registration can be requested at the reception.
