Compulsory charges:

The prices don’t inclusive the city tax (590 HUF/person/night, over age 18) and the parking fee (750 HUF/car/night).

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel the reservation only in written way, which you can send online or by e-mail.
You can cancel free of charge to the 14th day before the 1st night of the reservation.
If you cancel the reservation later than the 14th day before the 1st night of the reservation, you have to pay the cost of the 1st night, like penalty. You can cancel your reservation regarding the high season or the holidays (see in the season schedule) free of charge to the 21th day before the 1st night of the reservation. You have to pay 50 % of the service or accomodation if you cancel later than the 14th day before the expected date of arrival and earlier than the 14th day before the expected date of arrival. If you cancell later than the 14th day before the expected date of arrival, you have to pay the total cost.

Discount for children:
0 - 3 years Free
3 - 14 years 50 %
It’s important for us that the children shouldn’t mean any problem, so the children under age 3 can stay free of charge, under age 14 we count only the 50 % of the price.

At some discount packages the children have to pay only the breakfast if they stay at the same room with the parents.

We can give the child-bed free for children under age 3.

Chech-in earlier / check-out later:

You can check-in earlier and check-out later. Early check-in from 11:00 on arrival’s day, late check-out till 13:00 on departure’s day. The price of the service: 7 000 HUF/room/occasion. If you would like to use this service, please inform us beforehand.

Pet (up to 5 kg):

3000 HUF/pet (max 5 kg)/night

Pre-season: 1st January - 30th June

High season: 1st July - 31st August

Off-season: 1st September - 31st December
